System Support Consultant - Tivoli, HP Openview, UNIX, French - London to £40k
System Support Consultant required with skills in systems management (Tivoli, HP Openview, BMC PAtrol or Unicenter) and Unix to work within the banking sector. Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years systems management experience supporting either Tivoli, HP Openview*ITO, BMC Patrol or Unicenter, ideally within the banking sector. Qualified to degree level, you must have A-level minimum French competence in addition to Administrator level experience of Unix Systems (Solaris preferred but will consider HP-UX, Linux or AIX).You must be a competent user of Microsoft operating systems and Office tools together with possessing first hand knowledge of Market Data or Trading systems.
This position commands up to £40K + substantial benefits for the right person.
Working in a real time environment, at the leading edge of technology, your excellent oral and written interpersonal skills will ensure you provide solid first line technical support to all users of our Client?s range of products. 80% of the world?s top 50 banks use our Client. In addition to consultancy via telephone and e-mail, regular site visits will be required necessitating some foreign travel to European sites, particularly Paris.
